My guess you don’t understand how government works. There is soooooooooo much “red tape” in just getting the plan underway things won’t change in a week or two, it will take years to overcome the problems in Chicago.

Their accuracy improved a bit.
Last week is 1 killed for 10 wounded.
This week is about 1 for 9....

Not sure if any Feds actually went...yet. Even if they did, a week ain't enough time to clean up Chicago - 5 years might work though.
