CNN is not publishing “HanA**holeSolo’s” name because he is a private citizen who has issued an extensive statement of apology, showed his remorse by saying he has taken down all his offending posts, and because he said he is not going to repeat this ugly behavior on social media again. In addition, he said his statement could serve as an example to others not to do the same.
CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.
CNN and Kaczynski owe Mr. A**holeSolo an apology on at least two counts. First, Kaczynski to the contrary notwithstanding, Mr. A**holeSolo didn’t make “calls for violence against the press.” Whatever Mr. A**holeSolo’s faults, his view of the GIF as satire is far more balanced than the unhinged response of CNN and its friends among the Democrats’ media adjunct.
Second, Kaczynski shouldn’t have threatened to out Mr. A**holeSolo if he backslides. To exercise his own rights in the future, Mr. A**holeSolo will now either have to seek preclearance review of future comments intended for public consumption or subject himself to the arbitrary judgment of the likes of Andrew Kaczynski.
Mr. A**holeSolo will not exercise his rights subject to the sufferance of Andrew Kaczynski. Mr. A**holeSolo may not know a lot, but he knows enough to keep his mouth shut (as the the hashtag #CNNBlackmail suggests).

Hope the 15 year old comes to his senses and posts a lot of anti-CNN stuff. If they try to rake him over the coals, they will likely be ostracized by even a lot of the Left....ABC/CBS/MSNBC, etc., would love to pick up CNN’s viewers....

So powerful CNN used the weight of its power to threaten a private citizen into recanting his free speech and apologising for it. So now CNN is the agency in charge of “free” speech, which will be only speech with which they agree (like Kathy Griffith), and speech which doesn’t mock or ridicule them. CNN has made itself the arbiter of speech, above the Constitution, and they’re going to get away with this?
I don't think it's figurative, I would feel it's real. If CNN dox's the guy, how long before the next James Hodgkinson shows up at his door?
Seriously, he should, on the grounds that they oppose free speech as guaranteed in the Constitution! I can’t believe that they’re going to get away with this! Because if they do, they will do it again! CNN will have made itself the agency in charge of “free” speech!
And, CNN reportedly threatened to out his address and his family.
Unless they feel some real pain and repussions from this, they will do it again, and again. They will make themselves the arbiters of “free” speech, which means only speech with which they agree.
If he yanks their press pass...they are doomed. They have to just go full blown tabloid.

What goes around, comes around. For years, day after day, CNN makes every effort to encourage some Americans to demonize other Americans . And they are concerned about a few worthless reporters. What a joke that is. CNN is disgusting and brain dead.
