Not you specifically. It is indeed possible that some people have issues with the Internet, and FR is just one of all of theirs.
That is clearly not the case for the majority of people, and my consistent experience lends weight to that.
I know you didn’t name me specifically but two other FReepers named specific problems with the internet in general which has me curious as to what that’s about. I don’t know why information like that should be discounted.
If there are problems with the general infrastructure of the internet I would think that could have an influence on FR servers and compound any internal flaws in them.
When someone says that “14 of 37 routers for North America are off line” and another, who appears to be in Britain, says “The problem appears to be the link between Colorado and LA.
My pings are crossing the CONUS 4 times before they reach HQ” it makes me wonder.
