This really does seem self-defeating.
If you tell me that a crime was committed, and if you tell me that you choose not to reveal details about the perpetrators, I will ALWAYS assume they are black. It’s just common sense.
I would say that this directly feeds into the creation ad re-emphasis of the stereotype. So how does this help?
Just like the wretched Swedes report or non-report on “immigrant” crime as being committed by “Swedish men”.
