Bring all the Army divisions currently stationed in NATO countries back and station them exactly along the entire border.
The cost savings would be huge, IMHO.
We have no business remaining in NATO to, as it turns out, defending 30-million moslems.
Really?? 1.6 billion for 74 miles of fence and a few agents sounds like another great big flushing of tax payer money in my opinion.
What is that Reagan said, it is not that the American people are taxed too little but the problem is that Washington spends too much. This 1.6 billion needs to be CUT from somewhere else and a cost analysis needs to be done where more bang for OUR buck can be realized.
And I am not even going to mention the thing about Mexico paying for the "wall"........yeah right how is that going....
Yeah, really...How much did the last phony president and his administration propose for stopping effing illegal aliens from invading our country.

Propose??? I am tired of being proposed to and being left at the alter time and time again like an ugly bride. Lots of Presidents have proposed things and lied to us about immigration reform.
We were promised that we were going to have a great wall and Mexico was going to pay for it. Oh and that wall was going to have a great beautiful door in it as well. I know that this was a campaign promise. I was not born yesterday but damn it, there are things that can be done that WE the tax payer does not have to absorb all of the cost. Like raising tax on moneys going to Mexico from remittances, more border crossing checks going south for hidden cash (cartel money and remittance bundles), and the big elephant in the room, arresting and fining businesses that are hiring these illegal invaders. Have you heard of ANY business being busted and put down hard for hiring illegal invaders?
