Yeah, no kidding. That individual is 3 years younger than I am and looks like an extra decade or more of hard road, cheap booze and bad food.

That face looks like the result of years of alcohol and maybe cigarettes or other things. It looks to me like the face of someone in their late 60s or early 70s.
