TSA sucks. My youngest was on a dedicated Military charter from Iraq bringing soldiers home for R & R. His sgt (in full military uniform) was pulled into a room for interrogation. Hispanic last name. They questioned him whether he was coming into the country legally. IN SPANISH. Apparently his answer was quite colorful, but the gist came out that his family had been American citizens for many generations and they needed to quit wasting his leave time.
fyi it is protocol for all Customs Border Patrol officers to first speak to people in English...TSA does not interrogate for citizenship.
