I noticed that Simpson’s MO is to start an LLC as he did in Delaware for SNS Global and then start an SNS Global Investments which I assume is the monetary collection entity to shield their customers. While Fusion GPS is hidden, I did see a few of the Fusion Global Investments, so I assume Simpson was doing the same thing with both entities. That is the entity that needs to be examined closely.
This really smells. As soon as I ran the Fusion search in the Washington DC corporate records office the system locked up and would not restart for another search.
The Fusion Global Investment firm is also registered in New York Sate and Delaware state corporate records.
