Every procedure listed seems pretty serious. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Craniectomy? Doubtful. That would’ve assumed facts not in evidence

“Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. The removal of the skull is not “minimally invasive”

Not minimally invasive to me either! They better make damn sure I’m completely propofol’d before they try to drill into my head or I would be grabbing any weapon handy.

Hating McCain is not good, dissing him in his illness is not good.

I agree, but this couldn't have been *too* serious of a thing since he was resting at home (not in the hospital) just hours after the procedure on Friday.

He's probably well enough to cast a vote on the healthcare thing (assuming there's a way to do that remotely), but I suspect this is a convenient excuse for the RINO's to shelve the whole idea... forever.

Your statement was very subtle, but quite effective.

The most surprising part of this incident is that McConnell was expecting McCain’s vote to support dropping ObamaCare.
Does he really think John McCain would pass up an opportunity to stick it to President Trump by going along with the rest of the GOP?

Once recovered, McCain would like nothing better than to hold a press conference and explain in detail why , for the good of the nation, he could not
‘bring himself’ to vote in favor of the Trump proposal.
“I am being forced to vote NO!”

Isn’t that called a stroke? It must have been in an unused portion of the brain, somewhere between his two ears.

It was in his brain. I guess that’s why it was an elective surgery.

This explains why he called James Comey “President Comey” at the Intel hearings.

There is nothing in that man’s cranium worth saving.

Nothing to worry about!

I believe you have to cast your vote from the floor of the senate.

My gal pal Yi was in a small fender bender years ago. She bopped her head on the side window and told me that it hurt. I made her go to hospital. They found bone cancer. A type of cancer the Cleveland Clinic had never seen! They operated and removed a large piece of her skull, replacing ut with a 3” curcular piece of plastic. She’s okay, but I worry constantly! The Clinic had never seen this type of cancer? The docs were great for her, and for me! They knew I loved her and was frantic. They called me every 15/20 minutes to keep me informed. Cleveland Clinic, a great place!

Bummer. Can't McConnell just make a rule and force one Dem senator to also have a craniotomy to cancel out his missing vote?

Well, it will keep him from running around all over the world doing obnoxious things for at least a little while.
