I can’t be nasty hearing this news. I support President Trump and he will not be nasty either.
I don’t know what the future holds here, but Arizona sure could use a better US Senator at some point. I agree with that idea.

People forget that Linda was a TRIAL LAWYER in the Impeachment of Bill Clinton, and did some serious military service prior (but without being captured and brainwashed).
With McCain soon to be out of the way, there does exist a chance that Linda will turn right, and at least behave as a reasonably conservative Senator. Beyond that, the articles earlier today made it very clear that Trump has no room for Leftists in the Republican Party and may soon be supporting Primary challenges...in particular, Jeff Flake in AZ may be staring at a Eric Cantor collapse, if he’s not careful.
So, I’m optimistic - in part because Linda cannot go any further left.
It’s interesting to see how many vile comments can be made about this lifelong patriot, a true American hero, and a conservative whose great sin is he doesn’t buy in to blind love of Trump and his gimcrack, make-it-up as you go brand of conservatism.
Yeah. And the fact he’s retired military and has TRICARE. Sometimes I wonder about some of you who are supposed to know more then liberals.

I have criticized him mercilessly here for years. Have come to regret my vote for him in ‘08.
That being said, as a Christian I must pray for him and his family. And thank him for his military service.
I do encourage him to resign immediately, get his affairs in order and watch his successor attempt to correct all the stupid things he did in the last few years.
All that aside...may God grant him peace and comfort through this ordeal.

My mother had almost the same thing, but in the motor control part of the brain. The radiation treatment probably gave her a couple more months, but at the cost of crippling her immediately.
Do the right thing, for America, Senator....and resign. Let AZ Gov appoint a working Senator.
