..It’s astounding candor, but I don’t think he was speaking thoughtlessly. This is something many people still don’t realize about him. Many shockingly blunt things that Donald Trump says are nonetheless well-considered, and intended for a specific purpose. That fact should not be flippantly disregarded.

For him to come out with this statement pretty much guarantees Sessions will resign. What AG would remain after their boss said this?
