U.S. Sen. John McCain revealed Wednesday evening that he has a brain tumor.
The announcement follows a procedure to remove a blood clot from above his left eye at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix last Friday, where a pathology report revealed the glioblastoma, a malignant brain tumor.
Treatment options may include a combination of chemotherapy and radiation.

Not me. The Dems, pretty much, never claim to want a strong America, the country knows were they want to take us and we get to accordingly.
The problem with people like McCain, in particular, is that the media will parade him as the ‘voice of the Republican Party, when he’s closer to the Dems, at least on most issues.
In other words, it is much easier to fight an enemy head-on, on the battlefield, than to have to deal with them behind the lines, plotting to help the other side.

Can’t imagine the toll it will take on 80 year old.
I don’t know how aggressive they would be with an 80 year old - others may know it better than I, but I don’t think there are many miracles out there for this diagnosis - especially at his age. Would not wish this on anyone.
Prayers up for Sen. McCain and his family in this difficult time. IIRC, glioblastoma is the diagnosis that drove a young wife and mother to move to Oregon from California for a prescription of lethal medication last year.
Sorry to hear this . He served his country well. So sad for Cindy, Megan, and his other children. I will pray that he has peace at the end.

I’ve been watching her on Fox News and she is definitely more Conservative than her father.
She was a young twerp in 2008, when John was running for Prez, but she has grown up and is conversant on many topics, and expresses her Conservative viewpoints quite well.
Much more difficult in older patients, and by the time they reach McCain’s age, as with my 78 year old dad, near, if not totally impossible. As someone said, a death sentence.
