Here is the BEST reason I have EVER seen to stop giving TENURE to teachers....
It is the only job in the world that has ‘tenure’.
It has become a total crutch & it has led to the complete dumbing down of the whole world, but especially America.
It’s like unions I have mixed emotions.
Certainly am willing to give it a try
