Fine U.S. District Judge Jim Bunning for that FULL AMOUNT.
Take it out of HIS paycheck.

Tell the judge to stick it.

Or, more probably...

“No.”

The clerk was upholding state law, and that embarassed state officials.

Pay up, Kentucky.

Congress can restrict the appellate jurisdiction of the federal Courts right away. They are out of control.

Is it just me, or does it seem that the culture war has really ramped up in the past 10-15 years?

This isn’t going to end well unless Christians step up an join the fight.

Gov. Bevin should not have caved. No governor should have caved. The Obergefell opinion of the Supreme Court is completely and utterly illicit. It is the worst action ever taken by the court.

DAVID Bunning (son of the late Jim Bunning, formerly US Senator and before that MLB pitcher)

I am happy that the clerk is not on the hook for the lawyer bills to defend herself, but the faggots that brought the case should be sued by the State to recover the damages.

That will signal other fags that they'd better be prepared to be sued themselves if they pull this kind if crap.

FReegards!

Kennedy, Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan are criminals. They have acted entirely outside the Constitution. They have brought disrepute on the court. They must be impeached. Expect Republicans to do NOTHING.

I prefer that they be flayed alive. Airdrop them into Saudi Arabia and let the Saudis deal with them.

What ails our republic is way beyond any cure to be found through elections.

Like any patriot, Christians should step up and join the Article V convention of states movement.

I didn’t say anything about elections.

I was talking about the growing mass of Bernie voters, educated in socialist government schools, and the foolish and/or ignorant self-styled Christians who will not make the decision to pull their children from Bernie academies.

One more thing. Any tinkering with the Constitution will be a wasted effort. Our federal Courts are full of judges who interpret the Constitution however they wish. Our Congress will not restrict appellate jurisdiction. The most important thing we can do is elect Godly men/women to government, who will have the courage to keep their oath of office. Our first and most important order of business is in our own homes: stop the loss of our children over to the side of socialism. That means saying NO to public schooling.

Show me a Congress which can balance one federal budget within the bounds of the existing Constitution, and we might be ready to talk about amendments. Of course, if our elected reps are balancing a budget, what is the point of the convention?

The virus of social justice warrior judges began in the 1930s. It was entirely due to the 17th Amendment of 1913.

All good things are possible with repeal of the 17A; the restoration of free government, a senate that does its Constitutional duty, is impossible without repeal.

No, it is not because of the 17th amendment.

It is ultimately because our Christian population largely turned away from God. And that is reflected in sending their children into government schools, which converts them from Christian to humanist.

So sure, restore the 17th amendment, and then see it tied up in Courts for years. And then, watch a critical mass of Bernie’s kids vote in a socialist Constitution within 20 years.

We get the government that we deserve.
