Courts will not deny a father access to his children unless there is a monster aggravating circumstance. And even then, visits would be supervised.

I sense that you have never gone through so-called family court as a Caucasian Western male. Most women are given custody no matter what and they almost immediately start to withhold visitation especially if the man dares to move on.
The man then must hire expensive attorneys just to enforce his basic visitation rights. The judges, who are usually anti father, will just give a slap on the wrist to the custodial mom if any for essentially breaking the law by withholding visitation. The judge is most likely to simply order “counseling” usually done by an anti father psychiatrist.
