Sean Maloney (Of Second Call Defense) said on the Lock And Load Radio Show that he was asked, “What if you’re at home after work and have had a few adult beverages, and some thug kicks in your front door? Will the fact that you have been drinking in your home have any effect in your outcome in court?”
He said that self defense -especially in your home- is universal. SCD will still have your back in this scenario.
