The USC (US Code of regulations) very clearly and with very exacting and specificity outlines the:
1. Requirements for a special prosecutor to be assigned. (A CRIME) had to have been committed and there was not one)
2. Requirements, framework and limitations for the seated special prosecutor that MUST be followed. (No fishing expeditions or coloring outside of the very specific lines for the investigation)
A “gone rouge” employee on the government payroll must then be fired by the chief executive (the boss) once laws or rules have been broken.
