POTUS SLAMS SESSIONS AGAIN: He Endorsed Me Because of Big Crowds, Not Loyalty

In a brief interview with the Wall Street Journal, President Trump ripped into Attorney General Sessions once again. This time, the President cut even deeper, suggesting Sessions endorsed him because of Trump’s success as a candidate, not out of loyalty.

President Donald Trump  expressed his disappointment in Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Tuesday and questioned the importance of Mr. Sessions’s early endorsement of Mr. Trump’s candidacy, but the president declined to say whether he planned to fire him.

“It’s not like a great loyal thing about the endorsement,” Mr. Trump said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal. “I’m very disappointed in Jeff Sessions.”

While the President is still mum on his plans concerning Sessions, Scaramucci told NBC News a decision on the AG’s future will be made ‘shortly.’

I realize that. I think Trump was the best in the so called cutthroat world of business, but it ain’t nothing compared to politics. Hope he’s catching on fast.

‘Sessions sought advice from the ethics committee before recusing himself.’

But couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone and let his boss know what he was planning to do?

How would he be fired “privately”?

Trump can’t fire Sessions without there being a political blowback from the GOPe who probably would start articles of impeachment against him.

WHo knows. Maybe this is cover for the senate vote on healthcare. Media talks about Trump re: Sessions and the last couple of holdout Rs don’t get media press for backing the partial repeal.

It sounds as though President Trump is giving Sessions all the room in the world to resign without having to face the ignominy of being outright fired....

One thing I just came across was a radio interview with a supporter of President Trump saying more needs to be done in this country.

Ted Nugent talked about numerous cases in the country and called the DOJ the “Department of Injustice”.

Nugent included these Oregon and Nevada things like the jailed Bundy’s and the dead LaVoy Finicum.

I don’t see Sessions changing the equation there.

Sessions praised the Nevada US Attorney who got the Second Amendment banned from a trial over the standoff near Bundy Ranch.

It's absolutely wild-ass speculation. It just makes so much sense if Trump really wants a "fighter," as so many people here insist he should.

1. Like him or not, Christie is a fighter extraordinaire. Those of us who have seen him up close in New Jersey remember that he was "Donald Trump" before Trump came along.

2. He's been bored out of his mind for the last four years, just mailing it in as governor of New Jersey.

3. His term in office ends this year. New Jersey will elect a new governor in November.

4. He's politically connected but is not a Washington figure at all.

5. He wouldn't recuse himself from anything ... even at gunpoint. LOL.

Did I say it was? I have full confidence that President Trump can fire anyone in real life.

I guess some people just can’t get it through their heads, or maybe they support it, that the GOP, the ‘Rats, the Media, the “Intelligence Community,” and the Deep State are bound and determined to overthrow this government, nullify the election, and throw Trump out of office.

Anyone, I mean ANYONE, who supports these efforts in any way is an enemy of mine. A mortal enemy.

I think Jeff Sessions should have stayed a Senator. He had Tenure and the Democrats never even fielded a Candidate to oppose his Reelection.

He was much more effective in the Senate than he is as AG. The U.S. AG has to kick ass and take names, not be a Southern Gentleman. Like it or not, the AG is a Political appointment. The Democrats have seen to that and AG Sessions just fed the Democrat narrative when he recused himself from the Fake Russian Kabuki Theater.

That being said, President Trump isn't doing himself any favors making public comments about him. Even the Presidents most ardent supporters will be wondering what he has to gain by it.

And Sessions threw all of that honor and integrity away last week when he increased the use of asset forfeiture/seizure used against unindicted Americans as well as increasing marijuana enforcement instead of doing his job and going after Hillary, prosecuting vote fraud, or doing anything else that is actually his job.

Thats right. He is bullying ..humiliating ...attacking to get him to quit. Abc reports sessions not quitting and has no plans to speak to potus

Calling his bluff

Now trump either has to fire him or back off and work with him

Chris Christie is a fighter.

Chris Christie knocked Rubio out of the primary in less than an hour on live TV.

Just not sure how brave and how much courage Christie has and if he would have the stamina to go after the deep state like Trump has.

For such a time as this with the deep state being so exposed and attempting to take down a sitting President, we need someone that will take joy in taking on the Deep State. Someone with the bravery of Newt Gingrich or Sebastian Gorka. Not them for AG, but whoever replaces Sessions has to have their type of courage to go into the lions den and come out with a win each and every time.

I could be wrong, but Sessions just doesn’t seem to me to be a person that puts crowd size and ratings above all else.

Not me, Sessions #1 priority should have been the indictment of Hillary Clinton and that has not happened. It tells me he is part of the swamp. He’s been in office since Feb. 9th, what has he been doing all this time? We are now going into month 7 and she’s still waltzing around scot free causing Trump a lot of headaches because I damn well know SHE is the one behind this whole Russia collusion hoax. Getting all her pals in the swamp to constantly push it, all her slimeball connections in the media. It’s outrageous, I grew up in New York city and knew a few guys who broke the law such as possessing drugs or stealing once and the government did not hesitate for second to stick it to them in the worst way possible, destroying them financially, destroying their employment opportunities. I’m not saying they didn’t deserve it, but compared to what Hillary Clinton has been doing, what they did is nothing by comparison yet she is STILL walking around free as a bird.

She should be doing life in prison, no question whatsoever. Former governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich is doing 14 years in prison for merely conspiring a pay for play scheme while Hillary has actually done it countless times. This on top of her 110 violations of the espionage act where only gross negligence is required for a conviction, each count is a 10 year jail sentence for a combined total of 1,100 years yet she is still walking around. This on top of the theft of the Haitian relief money and she is still waltzing around. It boils my blood this woman is still free.
