That looks like a generic laundry list for any incident or crime. MN must be very lax when it comes to getting warrants approved.
I thought warrants were to be for very specific items and the connection with a suspected crime must be shown. Perhaps that’s the way it is in most states.

Se made two calls to 911. I’m not certain if she got the same 911 operator both times, or not.
I have read the transcripts of both 911 calls. At no time, did the 911 operator(s) instruct her to stay in her house, lock the doors and wait for the police to contact her.
I thought that was SOP for 911 operators.
Why isn’t the 911 call center being investigated?

Exactly!! And I find the "loud noise" story that morphed into "she slapped the car" highly suspect as well...sounds like an "excuse" was being developed from the driver officer/partner initial statement/cover story that was intended to try & protect his partner w/o sticking his neck out too far.
