The majority of SC Republicans and the majority of SC general election voters.

For a simple reason, he’s never had an opponent that wasn’t garbage. He would lose the primary to a real challenger.

Apparently lots of people. The problem is bigger than Lindsey Graham. The root problem are the people that vote for a Lindsey Graham.
