Can you believe, a mere 9 years ago, this forum was rabidly attempting to put John McCain into the office of the President of the United States?

As was I, though my vote was for Palin.

As bad as Obama was he did two things we should be thankful for. He prevented President Clinton, and he prevented President McCain.

Hardest vote I ever cast and if Palin hadn’t been on the ticket I was sitting this one out. I loathed McCain way before 08, he was always a backstabbing douchbag, nothing new here. If I were going into battle he would be a the front of the front because you can keep your eyes on him to see if he killed his own and turned to help the enemy.

I know a bunch of people who would have sat home without Palin in 08. McCain was loathed by all them who held him in total contempt.
