Despite his latest douchebaggary... I think Chris Christie would make a fantastic AG. Seeing his performance at the RNC Convention,I was almost certain Trump was going to appoint him there from the start.

I have to agree. Christie would do anything to get back on the Trump team. He would be a good soldier and is a bulldog by nature. We need a bulldog there willing to work with Trump to enact his agenda.

>>go after Clinton which is what should have been done day 1<<

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I recommend you read and contemplate some of the posts of LS here.

There may have been MUCH MORE GOING ON than meets the eye . . . (building cases against Clinton, Rice, Comey, Brennan, Podesta, Rhodes and others in secrecy).

You don’t want to go off half-cocked in what would become the most explosive political prosecutions in American history.

>>Jordan should be on deck to replace Ryan as Speaker.<<

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Jordan is my VERY EARLY pick to succeed President Trump in 2024.

I would like to see Session take over homeland security, that’s where his heart is.
Get rid of McMaster!

Judge Jeanine Pirro is my pick. I know, she’s on TV, but she’s a judge, and she has called for Clinton’s investigation since the beginning..also huge supporter of President Trump

Clean house....this has been nothing but a six month ATTACK by the deep state on Trump day & night. Sick of it.

Partner, we all agree that D.C. is now the Largest Legal Criminal Enterprise in the whole wide world. Isn't that special! Not!!!

We need to clean up 28 years of the worst presidential leadership in our lifetime.

They go nowhere because the beltway pigs in Congress are not doing their jobs.

" his claim to fame book “Dereliction of Duty” put the full responsibility for Vietnam on President Johnson and his advisors"

That's not exactly what I got out of the book. Yes, he places a lot of the blame on Johnson, Mcnamera and Bill and McGeorge Bundy, but he saves his most scathing commendation for the Joint Chiefs of staff. In the beginning of Johnson's administration they appeared to be united in being against getting more involved. Interestingly, I remember General Lemay and General Greene being of the opinion to bomb them into the stone age or get out of Vietnam, in other words, commit to winning or don't do it, sound advice. However, through JCS Taylor, Johnson was able to divide them and use inter service squabbles to keep them divided.

I took from it that if the Joint Chiefs would have been resolute in their opposition, they could have forced Johnson in an election year to back off of Vietnam and not start down the road of more involvement. IMO, that took a lot of courage for McMaster, at the time a young Major to write such a critical doctoral thesis and later book about the Military hierarchy.

I don’t think Jim Jordan wants to be under that degree of scrutiny, pressure or even attention. I think he prefers to ride out the next do ride out the next dozen or so years to retirement in Ohio. Jordan has turned down numerous offers to run for RNC Chair before. People have pleaded with him to help get rid of Boenher, later Paul Ryan. He always says no.

Get Guiliani in for DOJ he’s who I wanted from the beginning..he would go after Clinton which is what should have been done day 1

Now there's a "brilliant" idea. Let's replace an Attorney General who has gone after Sanctuary Cities and made an actual effort to enforce our immigration laws with a liberal like Giuliani who by his own admission favors "a path to citizenship" for illegals and will do absolutely nothing to crack down on illegal immigration.

I don’t know much about her, where does she stand on sanctuary cities and illegal immigration generally? My litmus test for AG is whether he/she will enforce our immigration laws. Giuliani fails this test, and nominating any pro-amnesty AG would be a betrayal of the millions of anti-amnesty voters who put Trump into the White House.

Not sure. She may feel she needs to report on all info she gets and some of it may be less trusted. I don’t see her as deep State. But she may be fed some things. I see what Sundance is trying to say and of course trust no one etc. But Hannity is on our side, that is for sure. And Carter - if I had to place a bet, I’d say she is too.

Nope. I’d bet she isn’t, not that everyone doesn’t deserve scrutiny. Sara Carter isn’t deep state.

I like Sara Carter but this alleged proof is “sources are telling her”.

We are to believe that a lieutenant general habituated to decades of keeping information tight and adhering to chains of command suddenly acquires the habits of DC political hacks who gossip like schoolgirls.
