They tried it in Switzerland. Nice park behind a major railway station with water on 2 sides-kept it confined. Next thing you know drug dealers from all over Europe were showing up. Closed it out of embarrassment.

but where do we go where decent people can exist....
Think of the legal liability to the state or city. What if the drug user overdoses and dies at the facility? What if he walks out high gets into his car and kills somebody?

Nope, up here is the northwest they have had this in Seattle for a while and the cops had been ignoring those that stay out of the way to use.
