Keep in mind that a grand jury reflects the people who live in D.C. Only 4% voted for Trump. This grand jury will be all Dem and all Black. Mueller will get any indictment he wants. At trial, the jury will also reflect this community. They will convict on any evidence.
The judge will probably be an Obama appointee, as will the majority of the D.C. cir.
Trump’s only hope is the Supreme Court, which will judge only legal sufficiency and not re-weigh the facts. Trump’s only hope is that for some reason the Supreme Court throws out the indictment.

A President cannot be charged with a crime by ANY entity besides the House of Representatives. And the ONLY trial he would have to endure is on the floor of the US Senate.
Mueller cannot charge Trump with a crime and cannot prosecute him.
This is a slim possibility and a slight overreaction. It is possible that Mueller finds something other than Trump. Regardless, what if it is Trump - they cannot indict him.

Yeah but on what evidence? There is no evidence, especially when we are talking about what crime? Collusion? To do what? Hack the election? How did they hack the election? Where is the evidence that the election outcome was changed by hacking? The only thing the witch hunters have right now in terms of “evidence” is that Don Jr. met with Russians who claimed they had damaging info on Hillary which is not against the law, so we are back to square one again. Don Jr. and his father at the time had ZERO connections to Washington, Trump was a private citizen running for President no different than me or you running for President, I dont even think he was officially nominated at the time. But the point is my pet dog can run for President, it doesn’t mean my dog can’t be in the same room as a Russian just because some treasonists a year later claim he colluded with the Russians. It’s utterly absurd considering the career criminal Hillary Clinton who should be doing life in prison as we speak met with Russians, Ukranians and just about every one else on the planet it seems but of course SHE doesn’t get any investigations.
Trump cannot be indicted. That fact will not stop Mueller from indicting him or a court from trying and convicting him even should he not participate. He can be Constitutionally only be “indicted” by the House of Representatives which is Impeachment.

That is what I have told people whining about no Hillary indictment. Where is a grand jury going to indict her? Where is the Petit or Trial jury that would convict her?
