Raising Cane's is a wonderful restaurant, too bad they stole their whole concept from Laynes in College Station, Texas, right down to the special sauce.
Lived in CS for a short time in ‘95. Don’t remember Layne’s. And don’t like the sauce. I wish they offered gravy. Wife and I buy gravy at Whataburger and take it to Cane’s. The employees aren’t surprised. Dipping French fries and fried chicken in gravy is awesome!
