Let's not forget that Trump moved in after the Kenyan. Imagine how authentically African some of the WH was! I'm not sure there was enough time to clean up the accumulated funk. And-lets be honest- the WH is more of a museum than a home, and an old museum at that. Coming from Trump Tower I would consider it old-fashioned and kinda drab too.
