With everything that’s going on I find this unlikely. There are a lot of forces at work here.
However, I happened to catch Hannity the other day saying he knows stuff he can’t yet say and then he did sort of a coughing fit that included “Uranium One” and I think those Pakistani brothers. He was saying this would all turn out better than we think.

I did find the announcement tomorrow with Sessions, Dan Coats and Rod Rosenstein to be very odd timing. Odd in a good way. Their briefing is allegedly on leaks. Maybe some of the indictments are not what we assume.
On the same day Trump goes on offense?

If Manchin is thinking of switching parties, I hope he takes the WV Rat congress critters with him (if there are any left). Trumpocrats need some representation in Congress to keep the RINOs in check.
The only good I see of him flipping is that two big defections the DNC is going to be further distracted getting bload oaths from anyone who is questionable.

I don’t believe this fable, but I do think there is probably a task force somewhere within the DoJ carefully assembling a case against the Clintons and perhaps Obama.
We shall see in due course. There is no point in rushing this and blowing the opportunity.
From a political perspective, the ideal time to have this trial is 2019-2020. But I do expect we will hear something about this later this year or early in 2018.
