I’ve been worried about that. If they take out Trump then we’re no longer a democratic republic, as the “democratic” part will be gone. In America, a President is no longer elected by the people.
And then the other things you mentioned will start falling like dominoes. All very bad. Newt is worried and that’s scary.
I watched him before and on the night of the election and he was uncanny.

The Republicans don’t want to fight at all. They want Trump gone, with the exception of a few. The citizens elected and employ these people and we are NOT holding them accountable. Call every one of them today and tell them to get together, hold a press conference and demand that the special prosecution/investigation. STOP! Mueller has 16 lawyers, the vast majority tied closely to the Clintons as big campaign donors, even some who worked on the Clinton foundation. For each of the 16 lawyers there are five FBI agents assigned. The purpose is to take down Trump and his financial empire. Trump is too slow on cleaning the swamp. It is not too late to fire Mueller and let the chips fall where they may. The alternative will be Ryan and McConell walking to the WH and telling Trump he’s finished. McMasters is an Obama butt boy and he’s calling a lot of the shots, he has fired Trump supporters from the NSC.
So...42? Hillary and Bill always hated Obama. So they make up the Trump-Russian connection to go after Obama using Clinton attorneys in a Trump adminstration... Hmmmm. Wow! I can’t connect those dots.

Muller’s task is to take Trump and his family down and to destroy the Trump business/brand as payback for challenging the Deep State. The Trumps will be threatened with asset seizure and prison time or a deal to just go away and let the Deep State continue. There’s no other reason for Mueller to be going back years in looking at the Trump business operations.

Nothing more than a distraction and idle speculation at this point; “Look over here, we’re not really going after the president you elected.” There is NO objective evidence whatsoever to support that claim. Neither the media, the Democrats or, for that matter, any Republican leaders, i.e., people that can influence events, are talking about the multitude of real crimes that occurred over the course of the last eight years, over the course of the primaries and during and after the election and inauguration. Witness the current efforts by REPUBLICAN members of Congress to protect Mueller.
I am quite certain any of us could come up with a laundry list of dozens of real criminal acts about which NOTHING has been done, nor will it be. Until “Crazy Uncle Jeff [Sessions]” starts putting members of the deep state in prison, Trump - and we, by extension - will be taking HEAT rounds (look it up) up the ass on a regular basis.

Several Trump associates will be indicted. Then the investigation will stay open on Trump into his financial dealings. Please quit feigning faux ignorance about there is no crime in collusion. Of course there isn’t. Why does anyone on the right think that matters? It’s the equivalent of saying there is no real un-faked data to support global warming.
