Bye bye Senate. So about that immigration policy, about that wall, about those tax cuts, about those jobs.....Trump can kiss his first 4 years goodbye. The GOP will lose the Senate and Trump will be lucky to get all his positions filled let alone a single piece of meaningful legislation.
Ward wants the job. She stepped up to the plate. Girlie men wait for their opportunity. If McCain croaks she should be awarded the seat provided the higher-ups in the party can be smart enough to administer the Buckley Rule.
Aren’t you the happy, positive one? Sheesh! Face reality...or go back to DU.

Flake has support none of Trump’s policies.
BTW, nice to see your boy, Saint Cruz, not object to the GOP Senate obstructing POTUS during the recess.
What drove a conclusion like that?
“Bye bye Senate.”
That could happen, but not by reason of Flake loosing his seat. I just spoke to a friend in Paradise Valley, AZ, who says that both Flake and McLame are going to be replaced by more conservative Republicans. His feeling is that unless there’s a medical miracle for McLame, he will be resigning and Governor Ducey will be appointing his replacement. And it would be better for Flake to loose his primary than step aside and have the prospect of the GOPe in AZ “select” his replacement.
There are eight GOP Senators up for re-election. Hatch (UT) will win if he runs, and if he doesn’t the seat will still be GOP. The only other one that might have a problem is Heller (NV). He, like Flake and Hatch is a Mormon, and the Mormons are a strong voting bloc in AZ,NV and UT. Wicker, Corker, Fischer and Barrasso shouldn’t have a problem being re-elected. On the RAT side, you have 27 up. I count ten of that number who are vulnerable. Just the odds of 8 vs 27 should be good news for the Republicans, but 2020 and 2022 are just the reverse, so they had better start doing their jobs.
GOP will not lose Senate in 2018. I predict they will pick up two seats.
