Ok, let’s say this true... Why haven’t the blacks and browns taken over by now? Please don’t say the timing is not right or some other such non-sense. These people couldn’t get organized to fight a local street war let alone a county war, state war or multiple state wars. In prison, they HATE each other, outside prison, they HATE each other even more.
