Worst case scenario is a couple of hundred thousand.

And, compared to a nuke strike on the US...not our problem. Our essential strategic interests are at stake.

One side blames Deep State and thinks this is all overblown and a bluff and the other wants to nuke NK until it glows forgetting collateral damage and calling the bluff. I do know we are at a razor thin patience. Threatening America with nukes cannot be looked upon lightly and handled with bribery as the previous idiots have.
