Reebok sponsors something called the Crossfit Games. Might be related? Though this dude is such a mess, who the heck knows.

He’s referencing a workout method called CrossFit. It’s branded as a cult by some weightlifters due to the drive to recruit people and focus on following certain leadership. So saying “CrossFit cultist” is a dismissive way of saying “no CrossFit training allowed”.
