Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh announced a violent crime plan and appointed a new criminal justice director Wednesday, just days after the city failed to go 72 hours without a murder in the "nobody kill anybody" weekend campaign.
... Her policy plan addresses three areas she believes are the root cause of violent crime: poorly trained police, poor drug policy, and an under-educated populace.

Pugh’s plan also addresses a criminal justice reform topic that has enjoyed wide bipartisan support across the country, which is lowering sentences for drug crimes. Her plan calls for increased investment in drug treatment programs and other penal alternatives to prisons, WBAL reported.
She also wants narcan, an overdose reversal drug, to be more accessible in the city.
Her final major reform is to make Baltimore’s community colleges offer a free two-year program to seniors graduating from local high schools, claiming violent crime is often caused by a lack of opportunity.

New plan: Baltimore courts will automatically change victims names to "Anybody", and perps names to "Nobody".
Thus hereafter, Nobody will kill Anybody every weekend.
Well I can tell you what went wrong: grammar. “Nobody Kill Anybody” is too confusing. She should have said “Nobody Kill Nobody” to make her meaning crystal clear.

The root problem of violent crime in Bal'mer is TOO MANY NEGROES. All the white people who can afford it are moving out, and it's devolving into another Detroit. Cities with black Democrat majorities are as violent as sub-Saharan Africa.

I know of a good plan. Tie a ribbon around your wrist., signifying unity with other alive people. All join hands across America so they can show their support for other uh alive people. Let’s all join a parade and chant slogans where we can all show unity with uh damn other alive people.

It was a good idea, but the mayor was trying to go too fast.
Instead of ‘nobody kill anybody’ right away, try an interim soft transition first... something like ‘for next weekend’s killings, do it earlier Friday, or if you can, wait till Monday morning’. Then, once that works, proceed to the more stringent request.

The DNC by design destroyed the African-American family and put them on the Democrat Plantation for eternity. They radicalized them so well that they are basically zombies living in real life post apocalyptic city hell holes. The Black slaves were freed by a Republican and re-enslaved by the Democrats. I don’t know if there is a term of de-evolveing but these people are it and are America’s weakest link. They have since been put down two rungs by Hispanics and Muslims to further their ghettoness.
