I saw a video on CNN in which it looked like an accident with several cars. It was a calm scene. The CNN announcer said it was the site of the speeding car “accident.”
There were definitely two cars. The front one was a silver convertible with a black top, and one of the clips I saw on Youtube indicated a black female at the wheel. She seemed to be hurt, and the Dodge that rear-ended her was the one that backed up speedily and pulled away.
What I'm wondering is, where did that convertible come from and why was it heading toward the protestors too? And why is there no word on it now? Because the damage done to the front of that Dodge, it's not from hitting humans, it's from rear-ending that other car.
