I don’t think the windshield pic in his car can tell if he had facial hair. The mugshot is jail clothes.
I don’t see anything abnormal. What specifically is different other than changing into jail stripes?
Someone mentioned his beard looked heavier in pics from car/right after being pulled from car, than in mug shot. Like he had time for a quick shave...lol.
