Some of these groups have materials (signs, pamphlets), rhetoric, and call lists/e-mail lists ready to field people when a suitable event comes along. The narrative is previously prepared and waiting for a suitable event to plug in to that narrative. There is a small cadre of organizers (rally leaders, media person, etc). Focusing on "the violence" is not a condemnation of use of New Nazi symbols in public demonstration...Melania's tweet was first cut attempt to create distance from "legitimate" white nationalism/MAGA and overt racism........... Can there be white nationalism/MAGA "without hate in your heart"? ...I think we all know the answer to that Mrs Trump.
