The Oakland Raiders did not figure to risk injury to any of their star or front-line players in their preseason opener Saturday night, and they stayed true to that summation. It did not exactly go well for them in a 20-10 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Glendale, Arizona.
Even if the erstwhile Beast Mode suited up but did not play, he may have made the most news. In his return to the NFL, Lynch sat during the national anthem. In an apparent protest reminiscent of Colin Kaepernick’s last season to bring attention to racism and police brutality, Lynch remained seated during the anthem on a cooler. Later, during the game, he borrowed a sideline photographer’s camera to purportedly snap some shots.

I remember reading about this draft pick who made 1.8 million his first year. Seems his family somehow got a hold of his money and blew through it without his knowledge. The picture of him standing there with this WT? look on his face when he confronted them is priceless. Don’t know what happened later on.

I find it debatable that they could ever get a REAL job. For most of these brainless twits, their physical attributes are the ONLY thing they can put forth to earn a living.
The NFL will merely coninue to drive away their “customers” and TV viewership will continue to plummet. Of couse, stadiums will be filled as fans will still support THEIR team, but will totally ignore any other NFL activity.
No more Monday Nite, Thursday Nite football and so more Sunday afternoons watching one game afte the other.
Keep it up NFL, ratings will be down, viewership down, less money. NFL free for 3 years now — and it’s great!
Its true there is racism. But it is shown by all shades of skin color against all other shades of skin color. In the future other characteristics will be used to prejudice one group against another. These athletes by their protestations are condemming the WHOLE nation..but they cant even see that they are in such a position that if the whole nation was as racist as believe, they would not be where they are in life. They are showing themselves to have poor discernment and judgement.
Now why should I waste my time watching or admire them for their superior athleticism? Their actions are demonstrating that we are dedicating hours of our life to buffoons. I wonder if they are showing signs of CTE already.

But now that Kaepernick is in the news because he decided to kneel, now Lynch's antics are big news.
