My question is: will both sides be investigated? The nationalists had a legal permit to assemble. The cops were told to stand down. We know that a reporter from The Hill was assaulted by an Antifa thug. Who started it?

The police and the city or university are at fault at these rallies for not keeping things under control and keeping opposite views separated. It should be safe for both Antifa and the Klan to demonstrate. if not, don’t issue a permit to the second applicant and arrest the side that has none. But letting people face off in the street and yell and throw things at each other is a formula for tragedy.

the city had an obligation to establish adequate safety when they issue a permit or know a large crowd is coming to the city. laving the street open and letting people throw things at each other and yell from opposite sides of a narrow street is not adequate safety and this and other incidents prove it. So the city IS responsible to prevent such incidents. Any rookie cop would know that people have been driving crowds into cars all over the world and here in the states.

None of the precludes a jury from finding the driver guilty. but the officials are also culpable and the DOJ or state AG should be all over that investigation . In Cal when coulter was scheduled, the chancellor of UC should have been sent to jail along with the campus police chief or the Berkeley chief for failure to protect the public and the property of the university and the first amendment rights of the group that invited her and of course Ann herself. But the governor of Cal was too busy raising taxes and hugging trees.

if these crimes and ministerial negligence were dealt with the incidents would decrease.

Sessions needs to be investigated for terminal stupidity.

Because this is so much more important than the 8+ years of corruption by Obama and the Clintons.

Fire Sessions now!

WTF is Session talking about with “deaths”, in the plural, associated with the “race and violence”? One person died, 2 cops died far off from city limits on a helicopter crash.

No one shot the damn helicopter down so why do we keep multiplying the deaths!?

Is he insisting the two LEOs killed in the chopper ‘crash’ were murders???

Find those who paid the agent provocateurs. Hard to believe Soros not in the mix, wouldn’t put it past Governor McAuliffe to have a hand in this as well.

My question is: will both sides be investigated?

Sessions hasn't investigated Antifa and BLM up until now. So I doubt he will start now.

I can’t believe how big a Sessions supporter I used to be.

Those days are gone, and they’re not coming back.

Sessions is doing his job. The right to protest does not include the right to violence.

Remember....during WWII, Nazis paraded through the streets of New York City. But there was no violence.

This was a deliberate CONSPIRACY by the Governor, Mayor, and Chief of Police to orchestrate and facilitate a communist mob assault on PEACEFUL white right wing protesters.

Sessions must be investigating McCauliffe, Signer, and Thomas.

How many Blac Bloc communists scumbags were arrested for assault BEFORE they were sent flying like bowling pins?

The focus will, and has to be, on the deaths.
But a thorough investigation, which I expect from Sessions’ office, will shine a light on other aspects.

I would look into what the state police in the helicopter might have known about democrat ties to the agent provocateurs in this event.

What an effin joke. Years and years of terror attacks, assaults, vandalism, by the Soros financed terror groups and of course they get no Fed investigation.

Not hearing who started because it’s obvious. The left silences intolerable action from right with violence, it’s SOP yet no one addresses it.

I fear we lost this country when we lost the media. Can’t vote them out, can’t do much to stop the state propaganda.

Sessions is totally weak on charging his staff with the correct details of who and what to investigate against which statutes.

He seems to just turn loose the DoJ Swamp Dwellers to Make the Swamp Better Yet.

And only for Left-Wingers, who never get investigated.
