I think the stupid writer meant “anti-psychotic medication”.
Saw another video where he is first driving down the street and a guy with a bat wails his rear end. Seems he floored it then. Now your video shows after he hit the car 3 guys with bats smashing his rear window until he reverses and knocks them off. Put that together with medication and his previous nazi sympathies - he was probably afraid the crowd would kill him.
But his actions have to be reasonable under the circumstances.
He could have....
1. Backed away from the crowd
2. Gotten out of his car and run
3. Done anything other than sped up and plowed into them and another car.
2 is suicidal .

Watching the video, the collision with the other car occurs at about the 17 second mark. In three seconds or less the crowd was bashing the car with sticks or bats. There goes any possible narrative about them being unarmed.
