I don’t think he mentioned the guy by name, and from his comments as I read them it’s not even 100% clear that he’s talking specifically about the car driving into the crowd of people.
He wasn’t talking about the car guy, he said “we’re going after those people...that cause divisiveness in America...they are domestic terrorists,” obviously referring to a group of people, the alt-right, and not one guy in a car.
