Actually, these are the Haitians who fled to Canada from the U.S. when word got out that the Trump administration was going to revoke their “refugee” status in the U.S. They came here in 2010 after the earthquake in Haiti and were given some kind of special refugee status by the Obama administration, and the Trump administration decided that after seven years it’s time for them to go back home.
