It's a full court press. I think I've seen this kind of thing before where all the ‘right-wing extremist, white supremacist, KKK, NAZI militia guys’ come out of the woodwork to destroy our country.

Ah, FBI thought crime. Someone spouts off in a bar about a store/business/bank/whatever that ripped them off, and wanting to blow them up. Soon, the FBI is pushing him to do it, supplying van, fake explosives,everything. Once he hits the button, Ta-Da! We have a crime! Look what we prevented. Give us more funding.
