This behavior is typical of the midget morons leading the NORKS. They repeatedly provoke the west into a near-conflict and then back off saying that they changed their mind or some such. I have long hoped for a space based , individual man targetable , weapons system . Something that would but an energy beam of some kind right down through the top of the head of the target individual . Call it Global Opponent Destroyer , or G.O.D. for short ....
