I read the whole prospect and watched both linked videos including the plan they preferred. Tastes vary. Each plan has benefits. I prefer the master plan for the architectural and aesthetic reasons mentioned in my last post. I particularly like the promenade that focuses your sight on a vanishing point centered on the Alamo.
As a Texan my vote carries some weight. I think I’ll send a comment in support of it.
