I think the question is whether the transmission rate was presented as Mbps (megabits per second) or MBps (mebabytes per second).
I also seem to remember reading something about the timestamp for the files being posted in Eastern time, which would mean it was downloaded on the east coast of the U.S.

If MBps then that would make the case for me. That would be something like 200 Mbps. Not doable at that rate.
