Judge Moore is right: the only power delegated to federal courts by the Constitution is the power to decide cases and controversies. The courts cannot enact, amend, or invalidate statutes.

I’m all for Judge Moore, domy know why Trump is stuck on Luther, he needs to clean house and get with our own folks up in Congress, Trumps people are following an ideal, Trump can carry that forward or miss out. But as of now it will take a lot for me to dump Trump, and im not even close.

Moore is the Trump of the Judicial branch.
Bold and popular and against the swamp.
I don’t pretend to know what possesses Trump to endorse the Romney of the Judicial branch instead.
If Trump is bargaining our trust away behind the scenes with McConnell, then the swamp is winning.

Just as I (in a blunt tool manner) encourage folks to donate to FR....
Donate to FR
I also encourage them to donate to Moore....
Donate to Judge Moore for Senate
and anyone else we want to see succeed...
Else, we're just a bunch of smoke blowing buffoons pretending to want to make a difference...
