They were only indicted for making false statements on a loan application, lying to investigators and wire fraud (related to the loan).
This smells like an effort by the Feds to make all the other bad stuff he (and others) were up to go away. They're trying to make us think they're nailing him (and the Rats), but in reality he'll probably get off easy on this one.
Has anyone bothered to check lately to see if his ankle bracelet is still transmitting?
