Public or private, where is the Board of Trustees?
It’s private and very expensive. At one time it had the highest tuition cost in the USA. That doesn’t necessarily reflect academic excellence so much as its desirability because of location blocks from the White House. Mostly, it’s rich kids from the NYC suburbs.
