There are always fights here . . . They beat up a young kid, stuffed him in the garbage. They broke someone’s jaw,” she claimed.

hold on there....the guy reports reefer smoke everywhere?....I thought weed was a nice, calming drug without side effects and dare I say, makes people more mellow?.....well, guess not that mellow...
