I won't hijack this thread with personal, stuff, but Teddy's childhood brownstone is only a couple of blocks from our co-op, in Gramercy Park, which we stumbled on, quite by accident, when out for a walk. We were delighted to have discovered it; thanks to the plaque on the building! And Washington Square Park played a part in our courtship. :-)
We walked through the park, after a nice dinner. Weather was perfect. The entire eve was such a treat. Little did I know that I was in your old neighborhood!
